MFA has information that is part of the adopted Program of International Development Cooperation and International Humanitarian Assistance (2026-2028): according to available data for 2024, Montenegro’s GNI amounted to EUR 7,623 million. Within funds classified as Official Development Assistance (ODA), in 2024 Montenegro allocated a total of EUR 1,458,204.62, which represents about 0.019% of GNI, i.e. the baseline level of official development assistance in the observed period, of which EUR 251,867.19 for international humanitarian assistance, EUR 206,208.61 for technical assistance, and EUR 1,000,128.82 for contributions to international organizations. |
